Our Client Policies
We make every effort to satisfy all of our clients' needs within ethical boundaries and we understand the multiple facets of the real estate industry and how they work in concert. With this understanding comes the realization that all parties involved need to be aware of, and adhere to, certain policies in order to set expectations. Below are a few of our policies with regards to performing real estate appraisals.
1st Source Appraisals Client Policies
- Unless prior arrangements have been made, all appraisal assignments must be paid in full prior to the release of the report.
- Once an appraisal has been completed we provide no refunds. However, this is taken on a case-by-case basis with the performing appraiser holding the final decision.
- If a client wishes to submit an appraisal request that is to be paid by invoice, he or she must complete a service agreement that will be placed on file. Failure to pay based on the agreed terms will result in collections, negative credit reporting and possible legal action.
